Diamant - Dance Shoes - Top Quality Manufacturing
Process

1.
At our CAD-position new shoe models are developed
and improved upon until the perfect fit has been achieved which our shoes are
known for.

2.
Leather and lining parts are cut on a 1,6m x 1,4m
computer controlled system. Our CAD-system can directly transfer each new
developed or improved model into production. This enables us to react to
customers´ requests and new trends in a very short period of time.

3.
After cutting, open edges are folded and
strengthened by a support strip. This guarantees high stability and prevents the
material from fraying. |

4.
High skill and long experience are needed to sew
the individual parts in the quality and with the precision
required. |

5.
Standard parts today are handled by automated
sewing machines.. |

6.
The sewn uppers are pulled over the last.

7.
Depending on the model, the pulling over is carried
out either by hand (see picture) or by microprocessor controlled machines.

8.
After the heel seat lasting all parts of the upper
are joined to the insole which is essential to the stability of the shoe.

9.
During the "roughing"and "cementing" unevenness at
the bottom of the shoe are leveled out, the leather is roughened and coated with
glue. In our production we mostly use solvent-free glues to protect our workers
and the environment. |

10.
Heels are nailed and screwed to the insole
hydraulically.

11.
After the outer soles have been glued on, the shoes
are almost finished.

12.
Inserting the insole adds the final component to
the shoes.

13.
In order to save space the shoe cartons are only
assembled just before the packing and labeled. This is done semi-automatically
by a labeling machine. |

14.
At our " Finish" the shoes get the final touch.
They will once again be checked thoroughly and can be packed.

15.
After packing the shoes are transferred to our
warehouse or they are shipped to our dealers immediately, where they will be
available for you.
